As a regional organization that serves Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members, Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) stands in solidarity with those working towards a more just, inclusive and caring society. We will continue to honor each member as an individual and strive to meet their unique needs in a culturally competent, equitable manner.
While we applaud a recent ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court affirming civil rights for members of the LGBTQ+ community, other recent changes to federal policy have raised concerns about the health of transgender and non-binary communities nationally.
These changes do not affect our commitment to serving our members by getting them connected to the services and care they need to get and stay healthy. CCHA’s services and protections will continue to extend to all members, inclusive of their sexual orientation, gender identity, race or background.
We are deeply connected to the communities we serve through our support of Health First Colorado members, providers and community partners and will continue to work hard every day to further the health and well-being of our community.
If you, a family member or friend need support, CCHA is here to help.
Our care coordinators can help you connect with a provider, assess your individual needs and help you gain access to resources to support you and your family’s health.
